  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

  • If the order is not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund the full amount.

🚫 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit

  • Custom or bulk orders

  • If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All original tags and accessories must be intact

  • Mandatory: Clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

🎥 Why an Unboxing Video?
To process refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect products, we require an unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened.

  3. 📞 Our support team will verify and guide you with the return process

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The amount is refunded to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay wallet, bank, or UPI).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Returns without original packaging or tags

  • Returns without the required unboxing video

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at checkout
